ps3 not working

my ps 3 is showing a fault disk error and when i re boot up it doesn"t reconize the disk help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, does anyone know what to do about this supid code. My cousin keeps getting it everytime she tries to go online to the singstore with singstar. So frustrating as I cant find anything online to help...
