PC shuts down when playing games ?

Sometimes when I play games on my pc it just shuts off and reboots.The pc is more than capable of running the games so im at a loss why this should happen. Can anyone help ? Thx

copying issue

downloaded a iso file when i went to burn it to disc it says incorrect block size does anybody know how to solve this many thanks

Changing email address

I receive hundreds of mail returns a day and have been told I'm probably on a 'spam list.' I have been advised to change my email address. How would I do this? My ISP is Orange.
