is a contract legally binding if it's signed but not dated ?

The question's in the title, really. Is a contract legally binding if one of the parties signs it but does NOT date the signature ?

difference in weather forecasts

does anyone know why no 2 weather forecasts agree....I have looked at 5 different sources just now and they all say different forecasts. surely if they are all using the same data to forecast then...
