Does anyone have a natural remedy for migraine and nausea probably linked to premenopause ?

I've been taking Oil of Evening Primrose for years.

Oil of Evening Primrose

I'm sure taking Oil of Evening Primrose is good for PMS, menopause etc, but once you start taking it are you on it for life ? If so, should I give it to my teenage daughter who has period pain ?
