How old do you have to be to smoke?

I know you have to be 18 years old to buy tobbaco or ciggis but how old do you acctually have to be to smoke? might be a stupid question but i smoke and i am 16, but have never been told by the police...

Engine fan running in cold conditions.

I own a 2010 reg. Fiesta disel. Yesterday, after a run of six miles, when switching the engine off the fan continued to run on for five minutes or more. I thought the fan came on when overheating....
