i have just got a new laptop with windows vista on but none of the core programs such as word, publisher and excell are installed onto it. does anyone know were i can download these programs ? PLEASE...

does anyone know the name of the tune for the new pedigree joint care for dogs is?? It has no singing just what sounds like a guitar, thanks
