How to Tune a Sanyo TV?

I recently bought a Sanyo TV on eBay (model C25EP57NB) - only problem is, I don't know how to tune it! I reckon I've found the autotune button on the remote, but not sure of the sequence of buttons to...

Transfering Files

Just got a new computer (well, new to me, anyway!). My question is, how can I transfer files etc from my old computer to this one? Is there a quick and simple way? cheers
