I took a warrant out on my son,but,soon afterwards realized that I was wrong. I have tried in vain to drop the charges,but, that's not possible in Iredell county nc. If I don't show up to testify is that okay,even though I have been called by the police,b

I am disabled and cannot sit in court all day while they call his case. They have laid it over once already. Isn't there a limit to how many times something can be laid over?

is this a summons?

The first time I asked a question about answering a summons I left out something that may make a difference.I did not actually receive papers or an officer or representative of the court did not come...

what happens if you on't answer a summons to appear in court as a witness?

If I was summoned to appear in court as a witness anddon't want to go, What will happen?
