PC running slow when browsing

Can disk fragmentation rectify this problem ? Are there any other ways to free space on the hard drive without removing stuff ?...

Streaming from pc to xbox 360 - deleted folders still visible

I stream content from my pc to my xbox 360 but there are a few folders showing as still available that have been deleted (some a long time ago). How can I make these disappear, please?...

Connecting TV to PC....

What would be the best way? I only have a VGA plug on the back of my PC,but have the 3 coloured plugs on my tv,scart and HDMI.It only has to reach about 10 metres,but dont want to go and buy the wrong...
