Which Condenser Tumble Dryer

I am looking to buy a condenser dryer. I have been looking at the Indesit IS70C or the Beko DRCS68. I cant decide which is best! Anyone own either or can recomend which or indeed another one?

Kitten or Older Cat

I live in a flat and am looking at getting a cat which will be an indoor cat due to the busy roads. Would I be better to get a kitten or an older cat (which has been kept indoors previously)? Also...
