Whats to be done ?

Fed up of people taking our parking spaces where I live. These people live on a road nearby with no parking facilities. They dont take any notice when letters are sent to them from our housing...

This month (today) our wages have been paid by cheque, Obviously by the time we can get into the bank on Monday coming and the time it takes to clear, we are a week or so behind receiving our money....
