YouTube clips stop.

Why when playing a YouTube clip does it keep stopping occasionally as if waiting to catch up. I have 2GB of ram, and plenty of disc space, also 10MB broadband?

how to back up my itunes library

how do i back up my entire itunes library to disc? when i load in a blank dvd i get a message saying create a playlist and then choose that to back up to disc but i want to back up everything.
