replacing freelander rear boot window motor

how do i replace my rear boot door window motor in my 2002 freelander as mine has jammed/broke, i cant open the boot door as to do so the rear window has to drop 2inches, which mine being broken it...

bonnet release clio 1999

how do i open the bonnet release on my renault clio 1999 model, the cable has snapped at the catch end and i cant find anyway of opening or being able to get near the catch. if anybody knows pls...
