cant pay loans

i have loans equalling around 20000 pounds and i cant pay the instalments.what wud u suggest me to do.

advantage loans

i have been accepted by advantage loans and i sent them a payment of 49.50 and i have been tryong to call them but without success.could u please let me know if they r genuine.
