have sat decoder (not sky) scart vcr out connected to line in (decoder) on my dvd recorder and wanted to record some italian channels but all i'm getting is a black screen with kinda flickering...
have some old (1940s) photos & would like to enlarge them on my PC , only they are very dirty . Can anyone tell me how to clean them up before scanning them . Thanks in advance Genny
