Clothes that suddenly change colour.

I saw this film where a girl has a dress that changes colour. It went from pink (or something similar... can't remember but isn't relevant) to blue. I believe it's fiber-optics but not entirely sure...

The song Dark Cloud sings in Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon

Does anyone know what it's called? It's the bit where Jen Yu/Jiao Long is having a bath and Dark Cloud sings a song so she knows where he is.

Rather peculiar question regarding energy and an underwater environment

This question is very odd... to explain, it is for a post-apocalyptic novel where the surface has become uninhabitable and the population lives under water. Quite a simple question none-the-less......
