Robot, Keylogger?

I have found a prog called robot running in my close program box, I reckon its a keylogger/trojan, anyone know how to get rid of it? Ta

AIM, MSMessenger startup woes

How can I permanently disable such programs as AIM and MS Messenger from loading to the systray? I can delete them from startup using msconfig/ a reg editor, but they will ALWAYS reload on next start...
