Cannot get digibox channel on video...

Hi I've purchased a very cheap digibox and have tried rigging up to my TV also with a VCR, however, although all the channels are coming through the TV and digibox fine, I cannot find the digibox...

I have printed quite a lot of manuals lately about 300/400 pages all BW but the black cartridge has gone down as expected but not the yellow which has gone down by more than 3 times and the remaining...
