Installing Satalite dish in spain

My parents are in spain and recently bought a cheap dish and receiver from Aldi.. When istalling the they get power to the dish and all looks good . When they put the coax into the TV the power goes...

getting from airport to barcelona centre

Am going to Barcelona in November . Flying into Girona,, I am stopping in Ravel Ramble. How easy , how much how long and where do I get the train from. Cheers Tim
