HOW can i sleep

the tablets i was given for hayfever...(previous post)...are not knocking me out as i expected...i do fall alseep but i wake up still 3 or 4 x a night....its driving me insane....cant use lavender...

promethazine 25mg tablets

anyone had these? i have only to take at night as they make you drowsy....im wondering how long till they kick in and make me drowsy so i know what time to take them.... also says avoid...

Norethisterone to delay a period.

Has anyone ever taken Norethisterone to delay a period. I started them 3 days ago so that I would not have my period going on holday and have ended up with really bad cramps just like period pain....
