switched fused outlet

i have a 13 amp switch fused outlet that runs directly to the mcbo trip box with a 1.5 mm cable. what would the correct ampage in the box to connect this socket to? as its only 1.5 mm cable is it safe...

HDMI Cable ?

Hi, silly question here, is the HDMI connection between DVD recorder and TV an alternative to Scart Cable? So if I connect HDMI I take out the Scart but still use the RF cable?? Thanks
