Where can I buy Non-Alcoholic Liqueurs?

In France and Spain I found great non-alcoholic 'liqueurs', eg Rives Pitman Blue Tropic, Rollings Manzana Verde, Mister Cocktail Kiwi , but can't find them in the UK. Any ideas? Also want the Bitter...

Bitter Kas

Whenever I'm in Spain I enjoy Bitter Kas, a non-alcoholic campari-like drink - a lovely hot-weather drink when you also have to cope with driving. Does anyone know if it's available in the UK?
