Can anybody recommened a good shampoo and conditioner? not too expensive though about ?2 each. My hair is dry/damaged.

  Does anyone know where one can purchase the belt Victoria Beckham wears in the August 8 issue of Star magazine?  It is silver chains with a big panther/cat head in the front- Thanks
