Mac mini & OS X Start-up problems

Whenever I turn on my Mac mini, it plays the usual music clip, but then the screen goes black and text pops up saying "No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key". So I inserted the OS X...

Peugeot 405 1900 Turbo Diesel Estate

The battery light came on and then 2 miles later the power steering failed on my car. Does anyone know what the problem actually is with the vehicle, and can I fix it myself? Cheers,
