How To Send A Present Bought From Amazon Straight To Relative?

I can only send it to my own address and I want it to go straight to my relative.  There doesn't appear to be an option to do that.  Anyone know please?

I have forwarded a document to someone, who has requested it in a 'Text Edit' format. I have Windows 10, and the option to save in that format doesn't show up. Can anyone assist please?
