spark plugs

how do i change the plugs in a renault clio 2002? the spark plug hole seems to be to small for the 10mm socket

How can I fix Renault clio elec window?

The drivers side elec window doesn't rise up properly. The part nearest the bonnet doesn't seem to rise at all whereas the part nearest the boot does. I've been told I need a clip for the edge nearest...
