In the latest Peugeot advert with the sat nav system guiding the driver towards Glasgow, why in the opening scene is the car turning left with its right hand indicator going ?.

Car indicator in Peugeot 206

Every now and then, my left indicator comes on. When i switch the RIGHT indicator on then off again, it stops. The lever seems secure enough, so there must be a short circuit somewhere...
