windows ME backgound opening

Hi, does anyone know how to change the background /wallpaper that comes up before windows desktop opens (i.e. the background when you can choose who to to log in as) cheers

Unusual seeping bites...

About a month ago i awoke to find a sort of wound or bite from something on my left foot right on the vein and the skin around was hard and lumpy, only a tiny area, i squeezed the puss out and wiped...
