Cleaning Bath Sealant

Please could anyone suggest a cleaner to remove the black residue on the sealant between bath and tiled wall? This residue may be caused by lime scale from hard water and have tried most recognised...

With special regard to an audio book, does an MP3-CD mean that the whole book is on the MP3-CD, but will I be stuck to my computer if I want to listen to it?...it won't play on an ordinary CD...
