soldering

the scart socket on the back of my tv is loose and i keep loosing picture so i took the back off and noticed some of the solder is loose.i just want to know to resolder do i have to take the old stuff...

hi my gateway mx6635b screen has started to go blank when i adust the tilt or even by its self......any help?
