ive never been given a contract to sign by my employer. where does this leave me legally? ive been working there for 8 months

problems with talk talk

has anyone experienced probs with talktalk? they send me a bill even tho ive left them and when i ring to leave them after each time i receive a bill, they say im not a customer! how do they send me...

3 internet dongle

does anyone have any ideas as to how i can get my 3 dongle to actually allow me to connect to the net? it tells me im connected but the signal strength is rubbish so i never get to browse. ive heard...

miserable at school

my 11 year old is miserable in school as he has started being taken into a lower class for extra literacy support. i wasn't even consulted about this. can i ask for this to be stopped as its making...

problem with a viewsonic lcd tv

anyone out there had a problem with their viewsonic tv? mine is flickering when i first switch it on and im at a loss. would try returning it but ive had it 18 months and cant find receipt. tut

humming/whirring noise

when i reach 2000 revs, just before i change into a higher gear, i get this humming noise from the engine for a few seconds.... does anyone know what it is? ive had water pump and power steering pump...

i get this humming sound from the front of my engine for a few seconds at 2000 revs just before i change to higher gear. does anyone know what it is?

i cant play vids on u - tube. i used to be able to. ive got latest flashplayer and have javascript enabled so is there something else? im using IE 7 and ive tried firefox but even that doesn't work....

newly purchased car breaks down within 24 hours!

am i correct in thinking i'm entitled to a replacement car if the second hand car i just bought breaks down the next day and the fault cannot be found? its in the garage now less than 24 hours later...

i cant view u-tube videos for some reason. ive not had this prob before. i keep getting told to download latest flashplayer and check scripting options which ive done but it still doesn't work! tut

my pc was very slow when booting up. had to restart using Alt - Ctrl - Del...... slower than ever now. currently trying to do disk check and wating for reboot to happen.i have a recovery disc so...
