Rhodesian Ridgeback doesn't want to eat

Rhodesian Ridgeback, 2 yrs old. Blood test = OK, runs 1/4 mile OK. Had very healthy appetite until 1 1/2 weeks ago. Now does not want to eat dry or can food, but will eat can food if fed by hand....
