Hibernating the computer

Help, the computer refuses to hibernate or standby anymore, I have not changed any settings, any recommendations?

Help, association to file problem

I scanned my computer with spybot for the first time in about 4 months and also installed secretmaker. Spyware was detected and then taken off. Now I can not open the majority of programmes...

What programme or decoder do I need to use in order to change shn files, so that i can listen to the song :)
