Who is responsible?

I did a dark wash today (blacks navy's etc) afterwards on taking them from the machine I noticed everything was covered in white bits (paper tissue) which my H tells me he left in his jeans pocket....

Doh ! The top came off my marker pen.

Any ideas how I can get permanent marker pen stain out of my nursing uniform ? I have a big black stain on my pocket. Grrr..... Is 'permanent' pen actually permanent ?...
