How Suspensions will work this weekend

Afternoon all,

I've noticed the nastiness has crept back into ChatterBank.

I'd prefer it if we kept it to medium strength banter and level 4 "cut & thrust" please. Exceeding these limitations (or breaking the rules) will have you suspended.

While usually a suspension lasts a few days, typically a weekend, we're applying a new rule for this weekend, which, if it works, may remain for the long term.

Suspensions which take place this weekend will be reviewed on Monday by the editorial team. Suspensions, at this point, may be lifted. Those which are not (i.e. the suspensions are completely vaild, as most of them will be) with continue until the following monday.

At that point the suspension will be lifted - unless the user has returned with a new/other username or caused trouble in other ways (for example, sending a snarky email to us). If a suspended user causes trouble suspension will roll on for another week - or a ban will be put in place and the user will be bannished to the Swamp Of Unpleasent Odours.

Okay, you have been warned! Enjoy your weekend!

lol ron, got wrong end of the stick love.

It was on dotty's thread that I called another use a turd- suffice to say we don't get along well (me and t'other user, not dotty) and I'm afraid i let my gob run away with me and called them that adorable affectionate term.
Depends what you consider nasty really. I don't consider answering someone with carefully chosen words to be nasty. Didn't stop me being suspended.
I was so discombobulated at the thought that other people are so laid-back about bits of the dropping off..........that I couldn't post !!

It's never happened to me nor anyone I know...........

.............that's my final word on the matter !!! <shudder>
thank you Jack!!! At last, someone singing from the same hymn book! If something of mine dropped off, id need scraping off the floor, yet everyone else was oh so matter of fact about it, telling you, my flabber had never been so ghasted.
Steady red - that is perilously close to level 5
Mamya - yer got away with it all - again, lol x
Phew!! Was close though.

Triggs my toenails don't smell of cheese.
Bet they're all Suvveners...........!?!

They won't need their toenails like 'we' do.....for use in climbing up t'pit-shaft walls in case the lift fails....;o)

Touch of the crampons today, jack?
I think my left big toe nail is gearing up for falling off, I knocked it a couple of months ago and it's been slightly tender and getting blacker since then.

I won't be worried if/when it does come off, it's happened before and it's no big deal.
When the doctor was pulling my toe nail out by the roots she nearly pulled me off the bed.

I have been through several new toe nails, I make a promise everytime to treat the new nail with respect, but I seldom do :/
Can we have a change of conversation..............?

I think I liked it better when we were talking about turds.......:o(

B00 ... I don't mind if you mistake me as being a Turd; it's my natural colouration as a Welshman. Furthermore, it's my comments about AB. which perhaps get me in the cachiad.( welsh for sh..)

Ron
