Please give more information because I do Not know what you mean.

Ron.
It is more likely to be a virus or insecurity on your PC rather than our site. We're clean!

I also wonder what you mean by "hacking tools"! Saws and axes maybe?
I suffer the attacks when using this site......easily solved though.
Mick...I apologise if I am being a bit thick, but in what form are you attacked and what method do you then employ to solve matters.?

Ron.
the only attacks on this site are verbal
The missus thinks I spend too much time on here, ron.
To avoid the attacks I now wait until she has gone to work.
No
I've got a hacking cough if that is any explanation - must be the onset of man flu.
Ed... I think maybe nicat saw something and had difficulty axing it.:-)

Ron.
nicat... I couldn't resist a little humour in my earlier posting. However, wishing now to be serious and bearing in mind what the Ed has said to you, I suggest that you give your computer a 'run-through' with 'Malwarebytes' to see if any nasties have crept into your equipment.

Download and run the Free Edition which is available on the following site:-

Thank you for your sensible and not so sensible suggestions. I have malwarebytes protection and I have had the computer thoroughly cleaned and it is fully protected. It is definitely this site that and not my computer. My antivirus program tells me that a hacking tool has been found and neutralized every time I try to use the site and sometimes several come in all at once. They are showads.pubmatic. Yesterday there was a lot of activity, but so far today only 1. I gather they are not dangerous, but it is very annoying as I enjoy using the site. I cannot believe I am the only one this happens too.
What does the actual message say when it pops up? I'm quite certain it doesn't say "hacking tools".

It probably says something about cross-site scripting.
Question Author
The message says Hacking tool detected exploit/iFrame
Whilst I'd not like to say for certain http://www.google.co....uxrULmgNfCR0QWurIGwCQ it does look as if that "showads.pubmatic" warnign is to do with cross scripting, or having a different site add the ads here. some protection makes more alarm about it than others. It would be a warning of potential issues than one of an existing one. And I'm surprised if this is the only site you'd get the complaint over. Many use a differernt company to decide on and add the ads.

What AV are you using ?
Question Author
Panda av. It only happens on this site, but today it happened when I first logged on but not again. I am very careful not to open the ads. What does cross scripting mean?
Ive never had a problem using this site and I been using it for a million years at least!!
What does cross scripting mean

Having a site different to the one you are visiting adding content to the page you are looking at. Typically a site you visit gets on with what they wish to show you, but they also gain revenue by allowing another site to select and supply the advert code you see in the margins or wherever, that viewers may click on. The main site not being in control of those areas of the page any more. It's common enough.
I've told you thousands of times not to exaggerate, Ratter.
Question Author
Thanks as I said no problems today. Could have been the adverts that were on the site yesterday. Having had a virus a month or so ago, I am terribly concerned about anything odd! I think that the computer may now be overprotected so it warns me about things that are not very important.
