Morning All.

Thanks to everyone who posted bug reports on this page:
http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/AB-Editors-Blog/Question1194930.html

Problems we're going to fix today:

1. Linebreak/New lines/Returns not carrying from text entry field to printed Question/Answer
2. Arbitrary line breaks in answers
Both of these issues can be seen here: www.theanswerbank.co.uk/AB-Editors-Blog/Question1195097.html
3. Badges seem to be missing in action. This is likely to be a case of the badges existing in code, but not in the front end.
Thanks for your patience - please me know if you spot any other issue below by:
1. Describing your issue 2. Let us know what browser you're using 3. give us a link to where you've spotted the issue.

All the best,
Ed

Thanks Hopkirk.
^^ I put three spaces before and after – but they've disappeared.
italic thingy not working..IE microsoft xp
Sorry, I should have said IE9 - but after all the problems with long links you probably know that. ;o)
line breaks, my answer has broken into any number of pieces, how odd.
haven't seen any problems at all with anything on the screen, I use Firefox, the badges thing makes no sense anyway. i still haven't had one for things i have actually done/achieved, the best answer list isn't great at updating either. Garth is coming to Belfast and Dublin in 2014 and so life can't get 'more better'. : )
Just testing to see if quotation marks ";work";..
Nope - extra semicolon in there.. Google Chrome

";Quote" quote[ italics ] - dash -
And the lesson is: 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
^^ I was thinking the same. It seems that very little went wrong until all the extras were added - badges, odd words replacing censored ones, best answers, etc, etc. Can't we just go back to plain and working?

";And the lesson is: 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" No it isn't.

";It seems that very little went wrong until all the extras were added - badges, odd words replacing censored ones, best answers, etc, etc. Can't we just go back to plain and working? "; You clearly don't remember the ";plain and working" as it was... a complete mess.
Lol, a complete mess like some of the answers today :-))
Ed, it didn't seem to be a mess from where I'm sitting. I really don't remember all these problems happening in the past.

all changes were working fine on the dev site - this is an unforseen bug which we'll address as soon as possible.
