How is it that some have already changed their names in the past, I was under the impression that one couldn't?

I know of someone who did not realise that it was against the Site Rules to have two user names .

how can you have 2 usernames ? do you mean 2 separate accounts ?

Are they causing trouble or being duplicitous in their use of those names? If yes, report. Equally if they're a bloody nuisance with it please also report.

If no, I wouldn't trouble yourself with it particularly.

As far as i am aware ,they have not been causing trouble .

They have got two accounts , hence two usernames ( but as i said they did not know that two accounts was not allowed )

So can they carry on with the two accounts or has one account got to be got rid of ?

just to clarify. If I am the user that was used as the example earlier regarding 'flouncing' and then returning the next day with a name from 2006, firstly, I de-activated my account, I did not announce it nor seek attention over doing it therefore no flounce, secondly, the account I found was from 2005 and up to me re-discovering it (after entering several variations of my name in the log in box,) the account had not been signed into nor used since 2005, it would have been set up back then , like many others set up spares, to be use during auto-suspensions caused by over posting. If you look at this profile and go to the first couple of entries, you will see that I said straight away who i was and it also explains why i had set up the account. Any suggestion that it was for reasons of skullduggery are wrong and it should not be used as an example of a user setting up and using multiple accounts.
