I have read this quote in the terms and conditions: "any posting or contribution you make to such forums will not be defamatory, discriminatory, racist, obscene, offensive, threatening or in breach of any copyright or in any way unlawful or objectionable. "
Does that include remarks about the authenticity of a question ? If a question or questioner appears bogus, is it a breach of that quoted rule - or any other rule - to express your doubts ?

I have made comments sometimes- mainly to stop others wasting time trying to help. However we shouldn't- Ed has made that clear. We should just bite our tongues (or is it fingers) and report the post
