I am taking thing as far as I think are safe and have now discovered that if you agree to a download of Flash from Kyle.mxp you are transferred to Newallsoft.com.

Furthermore, Kyle has told me that I need to update from Adobe Flash 11.8.800.252 to the latest of 11.9.900.152 Whereas I have a more updated version already installed. 14.0.0.176

Sorry Ed just seen your question to me. I keep getting an AVG error report, but saying it has been fixed, and then a blank page pops up behind it with the heading 'player.com ...........' but I can't remember the rest of it, sorry. But like I've just said, it's been fine my second time on today.

Henrietta , it is highly unlikely that the Editor of a site would encourage members to use something that blocked the life blood of revenue to the site.

This issue does need clearing up and it may be worth using something until it is.

Because Ed gets his income for the site from ads and doesn't want us avoiding them.
I use one and have had no problems whatsoever as the malicious thing never got near me.
