Oh Obiter has used an undotted i which we call a schwa . Occurs in Turkish
It is the unstressed neutral vowel

you can hear it between the t and l in bottle.

It ( the p word and not a schwa ) comes up in the first scene of E.T. where the small child instead of thickhead with a 'd'
says instead p=e=n=i=s brain
