Friday. Another weekend is beckoning. What to do depends on the weather somewhat does it not.
We had some quite heavy snow yesterday, but it didn't settle. Too warm would you believe! it's 5°C this morning. Soon be spring! :o}
Have as happy day everyone.

Morning Chris, nice to see you too. :o}
I've just had to give the router a slap. Being all petulant so it was.
It's all still and calm here at the moment. I get the idea it won't last however.
I put the light out at just before midnight Chris. Went to sleep almost immediately and was awake at 2.30.

Many (many, many) years ago, I used to sleep just 10 hours per week. (3 hours on a Tuesday night, 3 hours on Thursday night and 4 hours on Sunday night). These days I seem to need that much sleep (or more) every day but I can't get my body clock to accept that night-time is when it ought to be!
You're obviously still a youngster (at least as far as sleep is concerned), Boaty ;-)

^^^My longest sleep was in my college days. I'd not had a wink of proper sleep for several weeks, so I went to the college doctor and he gave me some diazepam. He said to take two tablets each night but one tablet might do the trick for the first night. So that night I took just one tablet and went to bed. I woke up 46 HOURS LATER!
There were two annoying things:
1. I'd taken the tablet on a Friday evening, so I'd missed a weekend of fun, rather than any lectures; and
2. None of my friends had even noticed my absence!

Bye, Ozzy....x
I'm going over later, Boaty.....but I'm feeling a bit homesick too.....lost some family and friends in the past few weeks and that makes you a bit maudlin... and conscious of not putting things off.....
I often miss a night's sleep.....I'm not good at doing nothing and I get into my head what I could do instead of sleeping....like knitting!
