That's a lot of miles Zacs, I'm not surprised you don't feel like doing anything. For some reason I feel guilty not doing anything, what's that all about?
I've been awake since silly hour of 4am, fell asleep at nine last night. So all chores around home done going to watch a film undecided yet but a long wait 'til Liverpool v United game at 2pm... thats about it for plans today.
No snow here, I was looking forward to a bit of chaos, too. Been up since 02:00 hours, planned to go to work for a couple of hours, ended up there for 9, home to a glass of wine and waiting for a lovely roast (turkey - it's Christmas again!) Was hoping to watch a film or 2, so was a little disappointed to find out it's footie on TV this afternoon, so put a £1 bet on to keep my interest up. Come on Arsenal!
The snow we had has gone, but it's very cold outside. We normally dine out Sundays but Trish seems quite happy to dine in today so I don't know what we'll be having till later so I'm settling in for the footie.
Well I've just spent the last half hour in wonderment listening to Elaine Paige's truly horrendous laugh, then I realised that as I loathe her, and the music she plays, it was time to turn the radio off ;)
I ended up watching one of the Bowie documentaries on iplayer .. then googled some lyrics to his latest album ... had a shower and dragged myself out down town, just in.
Strange thing was .. after watching Bowie this morning .. I bumped in to a girl that was in my year at school & she said ... I immediately thought of you when I heard that Bowie had died ... really odd I should bump in to her after years.
Made an apple pie and a big pan of lobby (scouse to you non Stokies).Just watching the match come on you mighty Potters. Can anyone tell me what happened to last nights thread that was hooked. The suspense is killing me, I was on it for a while then logged off to watch the footie. It was gone this morning. I missed the fun. Joebus was the poster.
