Title Text Looks Like This, With Each Word Capitalised. Free entry can look like this, and you don't have to worry about BBC becoming Bbc in the title. However, it does mean PeOple CAN B WaCkY with ThEir TitleS.

Agree with Gromit on this, regarding the automatic change of capital letters RAF becomes raf etc.

Also suggest incorporating a spell checker.
Wacky titles are small fry compared to wacky questions and answers
AOG - does your browser not have a spell checker?
Question Author
A spell checker can be integrated into your browser, so it's a bit redundant for AB to do it.

Free entry seems popular.
These as a sleppchckar, AOG. :-)
Likewise Russia bombs US comes out in headlines as Russia Bombs Us, which is misleading.
The spell checker will not help those who can not differentiate between non and none...
I voted title text as it will look better all uniform. Nice and neat.
can we have the swear filter back that did silly replacements please? asterisks are so dull.

Some found it very annoying? Can't please everyone I suppose.

Maybe we'll add some new fun bits after the site update.
well but the “found it annoying” people have had their turn, now its the turn of the "think its funny” people
It wasn't funny when it popped up in the middle of serious discussions.
then maybe people shouldn’t use obscenity in serious discussions?
Woofgang, that ridiculous exercise wasn't restricted to obscenity. As I recall people's user-names, when used within posts, were being changed automatically, as were some very ordinary words. No doubt a veritable 'hoot' for some in Chatterbank, but elsewhere confusing, disruptive, and highly inappropriate.
naomi, that’s an implementation issue, not a should/shouldn’t issue....are those same words now asterisked?
The naughty people had their name changed to Nudgescuffler.
And I ended up reading the changed words as the intentional words. If I read 'you're taking the Fosters' I'd read it as 'You're taking the ***'
HaHa...'Pee'
I used to love “Salad Shooter” and “Financial Advisor"
Woofgang, user-names being changed deliberately is not an implementation issue. What it amounted to was someone who should have had more sense having a laugh at the expense on the membership – and encouraging his/her sycophants to do likewise. You and Ummmm clearly enjoyed it but since many of us are very happy to forego a membership card to the Chatterbank gang, I don’t think I was alone in being totally perplexed by the whole puerile episode.
