I just sent you an email because AB was freezing on my iPad, this has been happening all morning of and on, but everything else is OK. Now for some inexplicable reason it seems to be working again, it's so frustrating. Do you have ant bright ideas please?
Hi Margo, I've been repeatedly clearing history, bookmark, hard reset etc and it's still happening :(
Tried using my phone to access AB and now I can't get rid of a spam message telling me the Apple Store want to give me a million pounds...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I agree, it's totally unusable on ipad. Love to know who did all the testing prior to the launch? Did Ab Editor get anyone to do UAT on vast majority of different devices?
Haven't I read somewhere that one of the primary reasons for the change was to benefit tablet/ipad users? If so, would AB editor please explain how this is helping tablet/ipad users? It seems to me the answer to every problem is the user has to do something to their device rather than AB change their website. Not impressed.
