Clearly not, since it is still open, and we are posting on it.

I have made no 'decision' whatsoever, I merely suggested that starting another thread, and possibly continuing in the vein that pat was pursuing, may lead to closure.

But not from me.

Have you considered that I am not the only Mod watching this thread, and that the Ed is also monitoring it, and any one of them may act to close or delete this thread, or any similar ones.

I can count on one hand the number of threads I have deleted in my time as a Moderator, it is something I personally do only as a very last resort.

This thread is running because it has not, to date, contravened Rules sufficient for it to be judged unsuitable to remain in action.

But please be assured, if it is closed or deleted, it will not be by me.
