I tried to report Spam this morning but kept getting an error message. I don't know if anyone else is having a similar problem.

i successfully reported a spammer earlier today

I managed to report one but then I noticed the same spammer was posting in multiple categories. I got the error message with all of them. I posted a message in the hope that a mod would spot it and the culprit has now been banned. I just thought the Ed should know there was a problem.

Yes, danny. I asked you to check the profile. If you did you'll have seen they'd posted the same on several threads. That was quite a creepy one I thought. Not nice at all.

Don't know if it's relevant to this Naomi, but if you use an apostrophe in a report, it'll fail. Jim360 worked this out a while ago & told the Eds.

i tend to ban the early ones, though i am not often on here after say 9 or so.

one thing is that sometimes banning doesn't work, i have e mailed Ed to that effect. I can often only ban that particular post, not the poster. Its a glitch that hasn't been sorted out over many months,

i must have banned around 15 - but i am on here very early, around 4.45am - the glitch is still there Danny.

I click on the posters name, as per, then often nothing happens, it won't open, i have reported it umpteen times, but no one knows why it happens.

L-I-K, I think this is the second time that Naomi's reported the same issue, and yeah as she says appears to be separate to the apostrophes bug. Which still hasn't been fixed, sadly.

No idea what's causing this one.

Emmie, click on the poster's avatar, not his/her name.

no Danny, only if the poster name won't open as often happens, i use the report button only when getting rid of an individual answer. Not sure if this makes sense to you.
