I tried to report Spam this morning but kept getting an error message. I don't know if anyone else is having a similar problem.

Yes it does make sense but can't understand why you can't bring up the .user's profile. Click on my avatar and see what happens.

Danny by clicking on your avatar which takes an age by the way, just shows you as active.

I think there are a few glitches with AB. I often get a ‘server isn’t responding’ or something like that when I try to access it on my phone. I thought that had sorted once but that was short lived.

Emmie, below all the information about me are two boxes. one says 'suspend this user' and one says 'ban this user'

in this case Danny there isn't,
i do know how to ban people, it just doesn't always work. I have e mailed Ed endless times and they don't have a clue as to why it happens.

I thought mods couldn't ban other mods. Think I once read it on here. Could be wrong though, it doesn't take much to confuse me. :0)

, but clicking on your profile doesn't give two boxes suspend nor ban user. Maybe it's because you are a mod.....

we can't ban mods, only Ed can do that Danny, or so it seems.

it still leaves the question with spammers, why when you click on Ban User it won't open, Ed please note....

it does Danny, i think you are missing the point, i click on a spammer, ban user and it doesn't always open, as it should do.

its a glitch as mentioned, and needs Ed to sort out......
