Ed, Whats going on?

Morning Ed,

I've just perused some of the threads this morning from over the weekend and it appears ummmm and docspock have been suspended. Surely this a mistake and maybe they got caught in some sort of crossfire over the weekend. Can you please look into this and let us know what happened.
I cant see anything why they would have been suspended for.........and Docs christmas video is absolutely superb, albeit a bit early, the lovable old twit.......lol

We're talking about two of the nicest people on AB here, Ed, so this has to be an error surely?.

Umm was suspended for nasty comments.

Doc was suspended for spamming.

Nothing to do with how nice they are the rest of the time, or how good one of Doc's videos is.

So no, it isn't an error. The rules apply to everyone.

They have however, if you peruse the bullies, spammers & reporters thread just been released.

Now I feel bad.

Yes, ummmm had a little pop at me, but I was winding everyone up about Wagner.

There were no bad feelings afterwards.

I'm sure it won't be the last time that ummmm and I have a difference of opinion. There are lots of things on which we don't see eye to eye. Lots !!!

But ... we don't get mardy about it, and we don't sulk afterwards.

Well, we're pals again now ... until our next tiff, ha ha ha, LOL !!

may be regular users should take a minute before they post nasty comments etc in case
they are taken the wrong way and reported

JJ the only time I would report someone for having a pop at someone other than me would be if I thought that the poppee was seriously hurt by it...not enraged but hurt.

In one of his posts over the weekend docspock described the Pope thus, "I will never understand anyone who feels they have to be led by this aged pervert in a white frock and silly hat." Anyone who had half a brain might have reflected, before typing, that this might cause great offence to catholics and non-catholics alike.
