Technical Update - Email Notifications

Thank you to those who let us know that some of our AB notification emails were not being delivered. Our Technical Team have identified the problem and you should be receiving all your AB emails now.

Please remember that some email providers will label standard emails from companies or organisations, such as the AnswerBank, as Spam or unsolicited email. They mean well, but sometimes legitimate emails (such as my password reset email for my online bank account - thank you Hotmail!) will not be delivered or redirected to Spam, Junk or Bulk email folders. Before you contact us about a missing email, please check that they have not been redirected there.

To ensure you receive AB emails you can do a couple things to your email account. Please see our FAQs, under "Why Am I Not Receiving Emails From The AnswerBank " and follow the directions outlined. We have a few different options depending on who your email provider is.
